At Krexle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
🕒 Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:
All accessories
User manuals
Warranty cards
Original seals (must remain intact)
The product must show no signs of use, installation, or physical damage
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used electronic items
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical issues
🔄 Exchanges
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, Krexle will replace it after inspection.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Exchange shipping costs are covered only if the error was on our side
💸Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Reason for return
Photos or videos (for defective items)
Our support team will respond with return instructions
Ship the product back within 3 days of approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect
Krexle is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
